Aradh is constantly looking out for problems that he can fix with seamless solutions. He is the architect behind Wellthy Therapeutics’ design language & engineering stack. Chief Contributor to cyanogen at 14, he exited to Microsoft at 17, set up a mobile team from scratch to build Scootsy (foodtech) and Revofit (healthtech) and built India’s largest investor discovery platform for startups.
Tejas leads hospital system business and go-to-market efforts for pharma, insurance and medical device partners. His previous experience includes marketing, P&L leadership, sales and distribution across healthcare delivery, medical device and online pharmacy businesses. He has worked for the online surgery and HCL healthcare. He has an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
Jitesh believes in being a Patient-advocate and harnessing digital tools to improve effectiveness of clinical therapies. He leads the Clinical Product team at Wellthy Therapeutics. Previously, he worked with Tata Group, Vodafone Group, Fractal analytics and Milliman Inc. He has a professional designation of Academy of Healthcare Management, USA and is a Medical Doctor (MBBS).
Anam’s work assists startups in their growth journey. At Wellthy Therapeutics, he is building the next Unicorn in health-tech. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA,US) by qualification, he comes with rich management consultancy experience. His previous experience includes working with Deutsche Bank and MyCFO
Vasim leads the Care Delivery for Wellthy Therapeutics. He brings over 20 years of success in retail, BPO, and healthcare sector running company-wide PAN India Quality, Contact Center, and MIS as the Head Business Support. His past experience includes working with Ziqitza Health Care LTD and leading Madhya Pradesh state operations as Project Head of one of the first IRTS (integrated referral transport system).
Dr. Palakh is passionate about combining business with health sciences to ultimately deliver value to the patient. At Wellthy, she leads Marketing. Previous experience includes working with Pfizer in India & Bayer in Germany, healthtech start-up Patientory in the US and her family’s very own hospital set-up in India. She has studied medicine from King Edward Memorial Hospital and has an MBA from London Business School.
Dr. Sid is a clinician who leads the product and intelligence team at Wellthy Therapeutics. Previously, he worked with Aditya Birla Health Insurance to build their Electronic Health Records. He is a MBBS doctor with a Masters in Health Administration from Western Kentucky University.
Dr Abhijeet is a medical graduate and has done PGD in emergency services & masters in Psychology and he has worked as an ICU incharge during early days of his career. He holds multiple management qualifications such as DBM, ADM (General Management) MBA (Insurance), International Business & Global strategy (IIM – B) and Fellowship from Insurance Institute of India. He has been managing various portfolios in organisations, such as Bajaj Allianz GIC, Max Bupa HI, Paramount Global Health Management, Tupelo Life Corp., in India and MEA insurance industries.
